Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Miracle Hydrating Mist

I love Elizabeth Arden's Eight Hour range; I apply the Skin Protectant on my lips every night without fail, and due to its versatility, I use it on cuts, dry and sunburnt areas, and burns. So obviously, I had high decent expectations of their Miracle Hydrating Mist.

Morgan Taylor Royal Temptations

Here is Morgan Taylor's Royal Temptations collection, and it's got me rather excited as it's full of gorgeous pastel colours. You can never go wrong with pastels when the sun's shining.

Viktor & Rolf Bon Bon Spring/Summer

The original Viktor & Rolf Bon Bon is incredibly iconic that's loved by millions of women. They've just launched a summer edition for 2017, and although we're not getting much sun here in the UK- this interpretation of the original is actually very good.

Elizabeth Arden Sunkissed Pearls Collection

I'm a little late to the party, but here is Elizabeth Arden's Sunkissed Pearls collection for Summer, which includes 3 lip glosses, 3 eyeshadow sticks, a bronzer/highlighter, and a black gel eyeliner (which isn't featured here).

Top 6 Summer Lip Products

Summer's here! So here is a cut of my favourite lip products for the season. This post was meant to be a 'Top 5', but I just had to squeeze in another, so 'Top 6' it is! Most of these are newly launched, but a couple are old favourites, and I've tried to include a variety of shades into the mix.

NEW | OPI Color Paints Blendable Nail Lacquer Collection

I'm a huge OPI fan and they're always launching new collections and lacquer styles, but their new Color Paints Blenable Nail Lacquer collection is incredibly exciting for all nail art fans. The collection launches next month and consists of 9 gorgeous shades.

The new polishes can be used to create different types of nail art and if you're a fan of abstract art, then these polishes may just be the ones for you. The colours can be worn on its own and offer a sheer coverage, but you can also wear it over the Silver Canvas for a chromatic effect.

I went for a simple yet cool crossover style on my nails with colour splashes on the ring finger. I used the Silver Canvas as a base, but the other shades can also be used. I used no tape or tools to create the style- just the OPI polishes, which is very impressive. You can also see the chromatic effect when the colours are worn on top of the Silver Canvas.

Barry M Speedy Quick Dry Nail Paints | Summer Shades

I wrote about Barry M's Speedy Quick Dry Nail Paints back in February and I raved about how brilliant they were. As a huge Barry M nail fan, I was very excited to hear that they have launched 6 new shades for the summer season and I had to get my hands on them (they're currently on offer at buy one get one 1/2 price at Superdrug). Yay!
The original line consisted of pastels which is great, but the new Summer shades are bright and tropical- and omg what an amazing colour collection it is! Three of the shades offer a glossy finish, and the other three are of a lovely frosted effect.

Make Up For Ever has landed in the UK!

The wait is over for beauty obsessives all over the UK- Make Up For Ever is now available at Debenhams! I have some pieces here that I've been playing around with for a while and wanted to share my thoughts on.

Marc Jacobs Daisy Sorbet

I do love an MJ fragrance! Marc Jacobs recently launched two new limited edition Sorbet fragrances (sisters to the original Daisy). The Sorbet editions are refreshing, playful, very Summer appropriate, and are- like all MJ fragrances- both encapsulated in the most eye-catching flower bottles.

Jean Paul Gaultier Classique Summer Fragrance for 2015

When it comes to Summer fragrances, I always think of brands such as Escada and Marc Jacobs- I never would've thrown Jean Paul Gaultier into the mix. But after trying out the newly launched fragrance, I've changed my mind.

Jean Paul Gaultier have launched a new version of the Classique fragrance for Summer 2015, opting for a 'Hindi Summer' theme, which I think is brilliant.

Debenhams Beauty Press Show SS15

A few weeks ago, I attended the Debenhams SS15 Beauty Press Show at the Debenhams Press Office in Oxford Street. The theme was 'Jet Set Beauty' and showcased the best of Summer beauty. There's lots of exciting products and upcoming launches from so many different brands including Dior, Burberry, OPI, DKNY, Too Faced, Make Up Forever, and Jean Paul Gaultier. Here are some photographs I snapped during the launch.

Barry M Sunset Daylight Curing Nail Paints

Barry M launched a new and exciting Nail Paint range this week called 'Sunset Daylight Curing' which is full of Summer-perfect colours and offers a gel-like finish to your nails without a lamp. It simply requires natural light. Gel finish nails have always been a popular trend so I can imagine these being immensely popular. Basically if you're a fan of the Gelly range, you'll love these too as these offer an even glossier, light-reflecting finish and your nails just feel amazing.

Orly Nail Polish in Orange Sorbet

I was in Boots the other day looking for a unique summer shade nail polish as it's 'technically' approaching (by that, I'm making a negative reference to British weather!). I came across Orly and saw loads of lovely summer colours, but one colour really caught my eye as the colour matched a pair of orange coral wedges I recently bought. I always like to match the colour of my nails to the colour of my shoes!

Orly in Orange Sorbet is a lovely neon orange colour with yellow gold shimmering tones. It's such a gorgeous shade and reminds me of candy rock stick from Southend when I was a young girl.

The golden shimmering tones in the nail polish make the orange shade a lot more mature, and it makes your nails shine beautifully in the reflection of light. Also, the more light that's shining on your nails, the more neon and bright the orange colour looks.

I painted a thin coat on my nails, which I actually liked as the polish gave off a sheer look, and then I painted a second coat which instantly made the colour burst into a bright, pigmented orange colour!

I bought this shade in the mini nail polish, retailing at £5.00 from Boots. I prefer the larger bottles of Orly- partly because I'm a fan of their sparkly silver lids! But they didn't have any in Orange Sorbet :(
What do you think of this colour? Are you a fan of Orly?
