Real Techniques Powder Bleu collection

These brushes aren't just beautiful, they're brilliantly efficient in terms of performance. Launched earlier this year, Powder Bleu is Real Techniques' collection of luxury brushes designed for use with powder products.

They're super, super soft which makes the application of make up a pleasure, and allows them to be so much easier to clean! It takes me almost half the time to clean the brushes from this collection, than any other brushes.

Real Techniques Multi Tech Launch and Set Review

On Thursday, I attended the Real Techniques MultiTech launch in Greek Street to check out the new collection. I'm a huge fan of Real Techniques, and probably own around 150 of their brushes! That may seem like a lot, but they do come in very handy and there's not one brush I haven't used.
The launch party had a playful concept to go with the idea of the collection- the brushes are supposed to allow you to be versatile with make up, with no labels for them so you can use each sized brush however you desire, thus allowing you to play around with make up application and find out what works for you.

I also have to say that the Pixiwoo girls really know how to throw a party. There were multiple make up stations, was a huge playball pit, a painting area (with RT sponges!), and brush decorating stations!

Real Techniques | Brush Cleansing Palette and Deep Cleansing Gel

This Brush Cleansing Palette by Real Techniques has been available for a few weeks now and has proved to be quite popular amongst fans and make up lovers.

Christmas Gift Guide | Make Up Brushes

I've been obsessed with make up brushes for a while now, so I thought it'd be nice if I put together a little Christmas gift guide dedicated to them. Make up brushes make great gift ideas as there's no such thing as owning too many of them, and who wouldn't want to perfect their application techniques? Since I started using brushes, my make up skills have improved drastically. I currently own around 100 myself.

Here is a list of my fave gift ideas for Christmas, ranging in prices from £20 to £75. I know it's a bit late, but if you're like me and leave everything to the last minute- you might be able to get some inspiration.

Real Techniques Collector's Edition Deluxe Gift Set

I always get ridiculously excited when I spot a new Real Techniques launch- it's my favourite brush brand and Sam and Nic from Pixiwoo are so amazing and inspiring! Real Techniques brushes are cruelty-free and have always been very soft, affordable, and efficient. This month, Real Techniques fans will be able to get their hands on a super-cool Collector's Edition Deluxe Gift Set.

The gift set includes 5 brushes which includes 2 exclusive cuts, and are all the brushes you need to make-up a full face. Also thrown in is a sleek clutch to keep them in. It's a brilliant gift idea and I know I'll be purchasing these in bulk in the run-up to Christmas this year! I have four sisters haha!

Real Techniques Duo Fiber Brush Collection

Real Techniques is my favourite brush brand and I own over 30 of their brushes- my current faves include the recently launched Sculpting Set (review here). The Duo Fiber Brush collection which was launched a couple of years ago has received mixed reviews so I was intrigued to give the brushes a try myself, and I'm pleased to report my positive experience.

NEW | Real Techniques Sculpting Set

I've met Sam and Nic (Pixiwoo) quite a few times before at press launches, and they are incredibly lovely, and I love having a chat with them! We've talked make-up, holidays, weight loss, and even the London Riots haha!

.I swear by their Real Techniques brushes and have owned the Core collection and the Eye Starter Kit for a long time. I have always found their brushes to be brilliantly efficient yet affordable. Now the girls are launching a new set called the 'Sculpting Set', which includes all the tools you need to accentuate facial features by contouring, highlighting, or enhancing natural bone structure. The set includes two existing Real Techniques brushes and a new exclusive one, all in a shiny pink colour as opposed to the matte finish of the brand's other brushes (except for Bold Metals).
