Jimmy Choo L'Eau fragrance

Jimmy Choo launched their new fragrance L'Eau earlier this year, and is a sister scent to their debut one in 2011. It's light and summery, and vibrant as soon as it's sprayed. There's pretty much zero waiting time to discover the nature of the fragrance.

The fragrance is floral with a hint of mild sweetness. The bergamot note hits you as soon as you press the nozzle and it's so gorgeous and uplifting.

Top notes: Bergamot, Hibiscus Flower
Heart notes: Nectarine, Peony
Base notes: Cedarwood, Musk

Usually with new fragrances, I have to give it a couple of weeks to decide whether I actually like it or not. But as soon as sprayed Jimmy Choo L'Eau, I knew straight away that this is my type of scent.  I've been wearing this a lot in the past few weeks and I'll definitely continue to do so throughout the summer.

Jimmy Choo L'Eau is an EDT so it's a light fragrance that's perfect to wear in hot weather (something rare we're experiencing now in the UK!). I'm a huge fan of Jimmy Choo Illicit, but I can't bring myself to spray it on myself when the weather's not cool. L'Eau is perfect for the summer season, and presumably the colder seasons too.

Jimmy Choo L'Eau is available to purchase at The Perfume Shop. A 90ml bottle is priced at £53.

Nice review. I have the original and its awesome. How's the longevity of this one?

    1. Hey, the longevity's not as good as the original as this is an EDT but I think that's a good thing in this heat! xx
