Aveda Smooth Infusion: Style Prep Smoother

My hair is naturally wavy but borderline frizzy, and don't get me started on it's condition in humid weather. I hate those days when my hair refuses to behave itself.

My local hair salon uses Aveda products so I purchase products directly from there and my hairdresser recommended that I use Aveda's Smooth Infusion Style Prep Smoother. I gave it a go as Aveda products have a good track-record with me and my hair.

I apply the cream on damp hair from shoulder level to the ends, before blow-drying. The cream makes the hair feel so soft and amazing as it defines the curls by calming the frizzy hair. It also adds shine and locks in moisture- which is important for curl definition.

Many frizz calming products can be very sticky and quite thick as they contain lots of hair oils, but Aveda's Smooth Infustion Style Prep is non-greasy and light.

At first, I wasn't too keen of the smell of Aveda products but I feel that I've warmed up to it now. Maybe I'm just used to it, but the product works.

Aveda's Smooth Infusion: Style Prep Smoother retails at £19.50 and can be purchased from
